Physical Therapist Assistant with over 27 years of experience, Sue has specialized training in Cranio-sacral Therapy. A Pilates Instructor for nine years, Sue is certified in all levels of mat work and Pilates apparatus. Additionally, she is certified in all 4 levels of the Elaine Petrone Method. After assessing your physical strengths and limitations, she will develop a plan to fine-tune your posture and improve your day-to-day movements and well-being. Sue’s knowledge of better breathing techniques can also help you to release tension during exercise and every day activities. Through her knowledge of movement and manual skills, Sue can design a specific exercise program if you have osteoporosis or help you recover from acute and chronic injuries. She provides both private and group consultations.
